Wiffle® Ball Tournament Policies

Administrative Policies

  1. Team entries will not be processed without full payment.
  2. All participants will be required to sign The Waiver and Assumption of Risk form. If you are under the age of 18, you MUST have a parent or guardian sign the form on your behalf. No exceptions will be made. Go to the Waiver page for more information.
  3. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to add or delete rules; all teams will be informed of changes prior to the start of the tournament.
  4. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to prohibit any player or team from participating if they are deemed to cause safety concerns.

Refund Policy

If the tournament is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen natural event (e.g., swarm of killer bees or pigeon attack), players will have two options:
  1. The opportunity to hold their team spot for the 2009 E.A.K. Wiffle® Ball Tournament. If the Organizing Committee raises registration fees for the 2009 Tournament, 2008 teams would simply pay the additional cost for the 2009 Tournament. Because donations go directly to the E.A.K. Memorial Fund, refunds cannot be given.
  2. The opportunity to play on the scheduled rain date.
