Blame and Claim
You must take all precautions for your health and safety whether as a spectator, participant, or volunteer at the Edwin A. Keach Wiffle® Ball Tournament.
You must sign The Waiver and Assumption of Risk in order to play. Participants under the age of 18 must have the signature of a parent or guardian.
All injuries are self-inflicted by your inability to play. Do not enter the Edwin A. Keach Wiffle® Ball Tournament unless you are supremely confident in your ability to avoid getting injured physically, mentally, or emotionally.
Court claims are long, stupid, time-consuming fodder for lawyers/solicitors/barristers who are in it for the cash and personal gain. Remember, this is a charitable organization run 100% by an army of volunteers to help fund the Edwin A. Keach Memorial Foundation.
